You may request reimbursement of the debited amount within eight weeks of the debit date. The conditions agreed with your bank apply.

We participate in the Business Customer program of RDC AUTOZUG Sylt.

The contract term of the Business Customer program is 1 year and is automatically extended by another 12 months unless the contract is terminated in writing with 14 days’ notice to the end of the contract (by fax or email is sufficient). RDC AUTOZUG Sylt GmbH reserves the right to make price adjustments. Customers will be notified of any price adjustment 30 days prior to the effective date. Following the announcement of a price adjustment, the customer has the right to extraordinary termination of the contract with 14 days’ notice to the date of the price adjustment. The right to termination for good cause remains unaffected. Please send your contract termination to firmenkunden@autozug-sylt.de.
